Well, this seems to still make this match doable, since thankfully V stomps the creature who make him 9-B, making his AP be way less than 8x lower than William's

ngl, I feel like you should ask people to see if they still keeping their vote considering how the AP Advantage went from a small advantage for V to a MASSIVE Advantage for William

like sure, he heavily upscales, but he is still upscaling from a character who is 8x Weaker than his opponent

So he shouldn't be in any way that close to it
