The higher rating since Metal has the hax and regen to handle it, especially since Aizen likes to play with his food at the start and not instantly splatter people way below him. Gives Metal the time he need to copy his bio-data, especially if he uses Chaos Control to do so.

Sadly i don't know enough to say about how this battle will go, but, as per the last post, seems like MSonic can't interact with Aizen
They're both very meticulous in this stage of their development, especially Heroes Neo Metal since he deliberately went out of his way to make his plan as fool proof as possible by copying everyone he knew would try to challenge him in the finale by making false Eggman boss fights. Aizen on the other hand likes to toy with people he knows for a fact are weaker than him, something he'll catch onto fairly quickly once the engagement starts and feels no damage caused by Metal's attacks, at least at first. Metal will be able to survive long enough to close the gap between them with his AD and Biodata Copying due to his impressive regen and arsenal of hax powers, especially Chaos Control allowing him to stop time and teleport around. Aizen on the other hand will also be growing due to having the Hogyoku to evolve him and help him adapt to Neo Metal, though he's never fought an opponent quite like this before. The lack of his Reiatsu Crush and Kyoka Suigetsu being able to affect Metal is definitely gonna put Aizen on the back foot in terms of versatility though.

Chaos Control can get him out of Hado #90.
Sonic's AD doesn't continuously spike once he closes the gap between himself and whatever he's trying to catch up to, he usually stops around or slightly above their level unless they become stronger again so Metal will stay close to Aizen in stats unless he starts using amps. Also I'd love to see the look on Aizen's face after Neo potentially catches him in his own Kyoka Suigetsu illusion that he copied since spiritual/conceptual shenanigans are pretty par for the course given how Chaos Energy works.

He could BFR him to another dimension with Chaos Control. There was a whole game about the cast, including Metal alongside Shadow, traveling through different dimensions and time periods with Chaos Control. That being said I can only really imagine Metal doing that if Aizen actually adapts a counter resistance to the Biodata Copy power or if Metal just realized killing Aizen was too much of a hassle trying to figure it out. This is also assuming Neo Metal can't copy the Hogyoku itself which might be a bit of a stretch but its a possibility.
