He doesn't wrestle but if you do a thrust attack he will Mikiri counter you in a grab and if you get knocked down, he'll pin you with his foot to deal the killing blow

You gotta justify why Owl doesn't just immediately get destroyed lol. Although I did accept Witch Hunters despite their massive AP advantage since they're not as haxed and Owl's more mobile. I'll pick up John Slap in the meantime unless good arguments are made for John EBG

Also, Ye Shunguang should be fine now with Owlhe doesn't have regen does he? cause uhhh yeah i think a single space slash from shunguang would probably just kill him instantly
if shunguang's too strong cause of her kit i could swap in miyabi instead. i think she'd be more prone to getting taken advantage of by the LS gap + she doesn't have VV baked into her kit like shunguang does. she'd still also be vulnerable to getting incapped/made vulnerable by the electricity since she doesn't resist it

I dunno how does he deal with getting time stopped and ultra comboed in such a way that people comparable to EBG can't survive? With much more survivability than Owl?

It depends of if the player chooses to use it, I don't think there's a clear in-universe answer. In gameplay, it seems to be limited to a meter that fills by killing enemies, also I don't think it can be used in arcade mode, but that's just game mechanics.
He probably doesn't start with it immediately, at least not for one-on-one fights, but he probably will use it if he needs to. It also only lasts for a handful of seconds.

The LS is a disadvantage in this case (Yujiro's Class M vs Class G), but he literally will know and detect every single possible thing and combination of moves/scenarios the other dude could ever do with his eyes closed. Plus Shaori literally negates all energy in an attack, to the point that a 10-C can take 0 damage from Yujiro himself, so.....it might be a bit too much.

would Final War Arc Himiko Toga work? shes 10.08 Kilotons of TNT with her equipment but fully scales to that in durability and although Twice blood gives her a massive numbers advantage, she doesn't use it right off the rip since its limited to 30 minutes of transformation
Final War Arc Fumikage Tokoyami also scales to the same value and could work as backup (or main submission if toga doesn't work), just restrict Dark Environment since thats a massive tier change.
