If a character states that there exist N (lets say 11) number of spatial dimensions and they exist on a higher plane, such that the 3rd dimension as a whole is treated as a lower dimension. Now there's another realm which is said to contain all of space and time by knowledgeable characters (anything beyond it is aspatial), and it is infinite in size. Does this realm qualify for N-dimensional scale (or 11-D)?

Should be, especially if it is of a significant size or infinite, like in your case.
