Basically, character can hear one specific word all over the planet, but otherwise his hearing is on par with average humans. Any time someone says that one specific word/sentence - he instantly knows the location where it was said and moves there as fast as possible

Depends on what the word is and why it's so important to him. If it's his name or a literal magic word that's probably more to do with the word being connected to him.

Maybe limited clairvoyance. Context would decide whether it's combat relevant or not.

Yeah it would definitely have to be limited. And at most it would help locate a person. I don’t see how it would be combat related
