I think I’ve stated that both can work, and it all is depending on the situationDo you prefer the origin of the red lightsabers in canon or in Legends?
Well, I was just asking which version each person liked.I think I’ve stated that both can work, and it all is depending on the situation
Legends kinda makes a lot of canon concepts much cooler imoSince things are a bit dull here.
Do you prefer the origin of the red lightsabers in canon or in Legends?
I don't know, I prefer the concept of bleeding.Legends kinda makes a lot of canon concepts much cooler imo
I just think it's a bit edgy, though, to be fair, a lot of things in verse are so eh.I don't know, I prefer the concept of bleeding.
Pot, meet kettle!I just think it's a bit edgy
LMAO, as I typed that, I looked at my pfp and was hoping you wouldn't call it out. Warhammer scratches a different edgy itch though lolPot, meet kettle!
...what? You're a Warhammer fan!
I need only look at your NAME to know lolLMAO, as I typed that, I looked at my pfp and was hoping you wouldn't call it out. Warhammer scratches a different edgy itch though lol
wait howbeing comparable to a magnitude 10 earthquake section is now back in canon, which would put it in the low 5-B range
I like both, but Canon's version is pretty raw.Since things are a bit dull here.
Do you prefer the origin of the red lightsabers in canon or in Legends?
Also the Sith are edge-lords, so it fits. I’m half joking, but being powered by rage & calling yourself a Dark Lord… idk if the shoe fits. This might be an old reference bc I rarely see pictures talking about the character, but the only major difference between Vader and Not Important is the aura.I just think it's a bit edgy, though, to be fair, a lot of things in verse are so eh.
Besides Hagane calculating the lightsaber's temperature, is anyone planning anything in the canon?
And I'm saying that both can work within Star Wars, there's no need to prefer one over the other or think that you can only get a red lightsaber crystal through bleeding or artificially creating it.Well, I was just asking which version each person liked.
I already said that this calculation can't be used because you're using an unacceptable Celsius value.@Phsccarvalho Well, you got what you wanted, honestly 4-B feels rather inflated: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Hagane_no_Saiyajin/The_AP_of_a_lightsaber
You do realize you're not a calc member though, and did you even look at this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TokamakI already said that this calculation can't be used because you're using an unacceptable Celsius value.
It doesn't matter, that's what was accepted. You do realize you're not a calc member though
No. I don't understand what it is even if I read it.and did you even look at this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokamak
That's for the hilt though, not the bladeFurthermore, as I already mentioned, Luke's lightsaber isn't the same size as Qui-Gon's.
What is so hard to understand? No. I don't understand what it is even if I read it.
Yes, but in the calculation you're already assuming a temperature value instead of calculating the temperature? Also, didn't you want the temperature of a lightsaber to be calculated?
Here you are not calculating the temperature, you are only assuming the temperature to calculate the AP.These video(s) assumed that lightsabers have a temperature of 150000000 K based on Tokamak temperature, I will also use 30000 K as a mid ball and 1811 K for a low ball with a starting temperature of 288.15 K. The heat of fusion for steel is 13810 J/mol and the specific heat is 25.10 J/(mol·K). A density of 7874 kg/m^3 will be assumed.
Whether the hilt of a lightsaber is shorter or longer affects the overall size of the lightsaber. That's for the hilt though, not the blade
AllWhat is so hard to understand?
It doesn't, lightsaber blades have been shown to be adjustable in length, it's not hard to say that for the purpose of standardization that all of the blades are kept the same length (with some exceptions)Whether the hilt of a lightsaber is shorter or longer affects the overall size of the lightsaber.
Can we please wait for @Shadowbokunohero to find that scan about lightsaber temperature? If you think a lightsaber is more like that and should have the temperature of that thing, then just make a CRT arguing that.
If you want, okay. Can we please wait for @Shadowbokunohero to find that scan about lightsaber temperature?
possibly but i dont think it will be anything right away, ive already found some Country to High 6-A calcs for canon that id like for some of the calcers on our wiki to check out and see if they can make it work, just so we can have consistency and avoid scaling everyone from a single feat.Besides Hagane calculating the lightsaber's temperature, is anyone planning anything in the canon?
no its okay, i suggest moving on without me in that regard, its something i read a few years ago but i didnt actively clip it as a scan or think about in terms of scaling, so it would be a shame to wait only to find out i was mistaken. i should prob not have mentioned it without having the scan on me but it popped in my mind during the discussion. but in retrospect i might have been thinking about Kyber crystals specifically being fine within the core of a sun versus the lightsaber temp itself, but ill prob going through some of the novels i own and see if i can find it.Can we please wait for @Shadowbokunohero to find that scan about lightsaber temperature?
legends guidebook authors be taking some heavy stuff at night lolwait how
no, I meant how that gets to Low 5-Blegends guidebook authors be taking some heavy stuff at night lol
damn, didn't know that existed, I just checked the regular earthquake page![]()
Standard Calculation for shaking the Earth

so uh did this ship do smth to a planet to get the low 5-B rating?![]()

yipeeeunrelated but based pfp @Ms.Luzifer
i was asking, because the regular earthquake page, lists Mag 10 as Small Country.no it just has a statement of having that kind of power
Here is the opening of the article, it's very straightfoward, tell me what exactly is confusing about it:
Well, just from calculating based on the volume of plasma alone for the lightsaber and not how hot the door is getting, you get a temperature of 7,873,931.915 KelvinI already said that this calculation can't be used because you're using an unacceptable Celsius value.
The accepted value was 28,000 Celsius.
