Chris can keep up with main villain Wesker who has superhuman speed and can casually dodge bullets, catch rockets launcher missiles. Dodge bullets shouldn't be an issue.

Pizza guys ranged weapons (ex: cleanse and repent) are hitscan which extends to the point where they appear instantaneous compared to normal bullets

1. That isn't the case of the bullets are instantatious compared to normal bullets

2. Chris gains hypersonic speed because of scaling to missile dodging so wouldn't this just be him out speeding the bullets? Or are the bullets also instant compared to characters around his level of speed?
