The reason I'm looking too at this from a religious perspective is that the ocean and emptyness in hell we're seeing reminded me of the abyss described in Paradise Lost, and then we saw the locust, one of God's punishments, and we seen he is very powerful.

If they are the same guy, I'd guess seraphim from part 1 was a fiend and the one in chapter 226 is the actual devil

You can see that 20% gun devil was massively stronger than gun fiend aki

If human denji really is 173cm tall then asa is like 165cm tall and her classmates like Yuko are just 155cm tall? They can't be that short

It's Japan. Young adults there range from 159 to 171cm on average, and that's around 10cm taller than they were in the last century.

Yeah likely Makima turned him into a fiend. She also took down Violence Devil offscreen and put him into Arai's body during Katana Man Arc.
 
hey @GunshyFever this is the height comparison from aquarium arc in chapter 114 that i told you about , the point of comparison is human denji who was confirmed to be 173cm tall (and considering how whip hybrid and quanxi are 82 and over 82 years old yet they dont age, probably denji didnt age nor grow in height from part 1 to part 2) maybe you can calculate asa´s height from this (but hardly specially with denji and asa having a terrible posture)

Seraphim didn't look like a fiend, given they had no real human parts. Dominion is way cooler anyway. But it's also not confirmed Galgalli is Arai, since we know all of the special division 4 agents were absorbed from the other special divisions who lost their human agents.

Barely anything gets confirmed in Chainsaw Man Arai one is obvious. I also think Dominion's vessel is Akane, Virtue is Nakamura and Seraphim is Kurose.(Virtue one is kinda stretch)

But dominion has black hair while Akane is blonde

I saw some people pointing out dominion looking like himeno, but in full color himeno usually has more green hair while dominion is pure black (thought CSM full color has coloring issues with hair colors)

Virtue is headless (not even having his actual head next to him like galgali and beam) so idk

Seraphim hard to tell

I like the theory that beam can also be a fiend form a public safety member
 
I know we've seen insect devils before, but this new one being strong enough to almost kill Yoru makes me wonder if there's just factions of devils who sorta align or have some sort of bond. If there's a pray mantis devil maybe their friends/siblings with the roach or spider devil? We should get another group besides weapons and horsemen.

Does anyone knows some active chainsawman calc member to help me with a calc?

I saw that my gun devil crossing the world recalc request, rather than a possible downgrade like supposed, can end up in an upgrade if instead you make the calc about his most likely made path from:

USSR/Japan to china, then to India (only country gun devil was in that has access to India is China, that's why the path is forced like this) and then to Japan/USSR, this path is likely at least 6500km or more distance in 37 seconds that may upscale him to at least mach 500 and higher AP from KE

But I need to verify if it's correct in its arguments or calcing or if It can be better as I'm new on doing calcs


Else I'll make on the wiki the calc and wait a revision, idk how long its supposed to take

I don't know if it's just me, but I have been getting fed up with people not even complaining, but outright hating on the story and being generally impatient all over my TL. It's one thing when someone brings constructive criticism, most of which I do agree with. I have seen complaints about Part 2 chapters being too quick of a read, which I also agree with. They diss the series with every new chapter, with absolutely nothing good to say about it or the fans. I generally get fed up and go to their profiles to prepare to block them. I do a quick scan of their perceptions, what they post about and so on. Most of the time, not one good word is ever uttered from these accounts, just hate. It is so annoying that I have them on my TL every week and it's honestly upsetting.
I just find it annoying that people on my TL who lack patience are constantly cooking the series, talking about Fujimoto doing nothing when the story is still ongoing and you should have no idea what to expect.

Im actually fine with the short chapters but it would be better if it were monthly. I doubt most twitter readers read the manga before exiting out by page 8 because Pochita or Yoru didn't destroy the universe or Reze wasnt on panel or no some strong devil didn't appear. People forget a story is being built not just cool moments.

It's not crazy to say that, I for one am on the same boat. I honestly even sympathize with those who prefer otherwise with good reason.

I'm just annoyed of blind end CSM hate on my TL every chapter. It's so obnoxious that I have to actually block people to take back my TL.
