that's what I said, I never denied it wasn't "citizens" I'm just simply saying that citizens isn't just bound to the population
you can live outside japan and still be a japanese citizen and as far as I've researched there's like 1.2 million japanese citizens outside japan

The one I mentioned is the explosion speed it seems, for Reze she only got burst speed that high (Mach 500 or so), her combat speed is still crazy high though, nearly MHS.

I don't think it matters much since it's incredibly short burst. She cannot travel more than some ten meters those speeds since it lasts for such a short amount of time.

Standard Equipment refers to a set of items that a character can be expected to have on hand at any time.

Equipment listed as standard should be equipment the character has access to in a majority of their canon appearances.

i might be misremembering but she does not have the same set of controlled people in the majority of her canon appearances. In a lot of fights she's in or in general we can see Makima is alone or with ordinary Public Safety members who are not actively controlled yet.

Tbh, if someone fighting Makima could kill her 120 something million times then, nothing's really stopping them from killing her 700,000 times more, that's like pouring water into an ocean

I don't think that's how it works. AP wise they would likely just punch a hole the size of their fist through her effortlessly. They would need feats of atomizing someone with a punch (with raw AP) in order to do that in a matchup.

That is the scene where he was dragging someone invincible across a beach. The verse explicitly takes muscle density and physics into account when contrasting Viltrumites and other super powered beings, so the speed at which he was moving turned everyone in his path on that beach into bloodstains. There are more examples of this as well, like the Omni Man train scene.

I was going off an energy blast rather than a punch since the hypothetical was nuking Japan. Makima would also need to be right at the epicenter of the blast for this to happen anyways. They'd also need to have feats of atomizing via AP obviously but y'know. It's a hypothetical anyways.
