If the High 7-C result is from the continuous spinning of Typhoon's entire mass and is essentially unscalable to other character, is it possible to figure out Typhoon "normal" AP and Dura to perform said feat, to potentially scale Denji to ?

You mean the one where Reze and Denji goes up dozens of floor per 1/10 of a second? That one is promising, but I haven't get to it yet.
Let's go for it, considering the entire scene with denji, then the other one with beam are done in slow mo. They should yield some good results.
While i do think Beam is more durable, i dont think Denji is that far behind considering he also took a similar arm torpedo attack at 1:15:23, and he can also take multiple of Reze's explosion enhanced blows which are shown to hurt Beam (1:20:37 onwards). I would be fine with downscaling Denji dura to baseline 8-A+
Denji was decimated by those attacks though, there's no way to scale him to them.
I dont remember him taking that much damage from her more physical attacks, mainly it's the snap and torpedo kick that really messed him up, the one torpedo uppercut that i referenced lauch him up but didnt blow a hole through his chess or blow his limb off or anything. Also Reze's double kick can clearly hurt and deform Beam even before the explosion went off, meaning her Dura should scale and Denji can easily chopped those legs off.
That just scales his chainsaws though, not his physical body.
Just before they jumped in the water, Reze cracked Denji chainsaw by kicking a rock into it with a normal, non explosion enhanced, kick

At that scene, Denji didn't have enough blood to regenerate a single limb. His transformation was already extremely worn down, especially after the fire party prior.
