Psych up should definitely work considering that Mori growing stronger would be the equivalent of a stat boost. Trick room is funny as hell because If Mori becomes faster then Deoxys just uses trick room to make him fast. Tbh I honestly forget how busted some of this moves are

However double team in particular boosts evasion by creating illusory clones to confuse the opponent.

This is a prime example. The entire explanation is basically about how it negates game mechanics (flying and accuracy) but in-universe this is probably just a strong gravity that should absolutely be LS based.

Hard to say but if we equate his fear hax (since that's probably the closest thing to a passive ability) then Mori already resists his own level of it and should actually resist 1 level above but some lazy bum (me) forgot to add it to the profile.

Same as before because this blatantly doesn't work outside of game mechanics. You don't see Pokémon with naturally held items lose their held item (like Cubones bone or Tinkatons hammer).

But that aside Moris weapons are all what's called "national treasures" which are sentient weapons that can be summoned to the user at any time and at any place, and will even protect the user on their own. So even knocking off Moris equipment won't actually achieve anything.

I'd say it's closer to leveling up stat changes in Pokémon games are temporary and disappear after a Pokémon fight ends (iirc even if they just swap for another Pokémon and come out later in the same fight). Mori's AD gives permanent boosts.

So unless Psych Up also reverses the levels of the Pokémon it shouldn't affect AD. It could affect Jeahbongchim tho but like I said earlier that's generally something Mori only uses if forced to and if used by someone without Moris physiology who has not consumed a divine pellet, Jeahbongchim will actually kill the user afterwards.

So if Psych Up does give Deoxys Jeahbongchim the Mori just stalls until it runs out and Deoxys dies as a side effect.

Also would deoxys ever go to close combat range or will they just fly around and start range spamming with the occasional TP

i have no clue how most of deoxy's movepool would even function against a non pokemon

1. Gravity (it works against other pokemon no matter their LS, but would it work on mori?)
2. Skill Swap (the earlier question about mori's ability)
3. Taunt (would it prevent mori from doing any specific moves?)
4. Knock Off (can mori just pick whatever he was holding back up unlike pokemon in battle?)
5. Protect (how much damage can protect block?)
6. Double Team (what would evasion do?)
7. Aerial Ace / Swift (would they auto-hit mori?)
8. Extreme Speed (how do priority moves even work here?)
9. Scary Face (is this sight-based?)
10. Imprison (what "moves" do mori and deoxys share?)
11. Trick Room (how does this interact with mori's speed AD?)
12. Psych Up (is mori's AD a "stat change"?)
13. Pain Split (does mori take undodgeable damage?)

This I think would have been more helpful if you lead with it. Still weird how the destruction doesn't seem to be consistent. Some are more torn and ragged flesh like without hollow showings, others like the second image don't seem to have an inside to their arms.
