Well Kai seem to have the slight AP advantage from a base form vs base form perspective like with all 4-C Honkai guys. She also seem to be able to heal from wounds

Healing (Low-Mid; Path of Preservation allows to completely heal people, like Trailblazer after Cocolia blew a hole through their body)

Her strongest multiplier only gets her to 264.512304 Quettatons, which despite her being closer to Kai's lvl of AP, is still inferior to him

However she has Quantum hax throught Imaginary Energy so it really all depends on their range and power usage
