Why Are The Egyptian Gods from Yu-Gi-Oh! Low Multi?

I don't remember them doing anything that powerful. Also, in the Japanese version, the only things that could qualify as universes are the main universe and the spirit realm, the latter of which doesn't show up until the end of the final duel after the god cards are off the field. Does this have something to do with the Shadow Realm (something made up for the dub) and Zorc supposedly being the creator of it in the dub? If so, why are we using the dub as the primary canon and not the original version?

Also, if they are Low Multi, would that make Joey also Low Multi since he survives an attack by Ra or are the god cards limited by the duel system Kaiba made since a random guy survives being defeated by Obelisk?

Short answer: No one has bothered to make the upgrade thread to put them at Multi+ to Low Complex multi where they should be

But yeah, they currently scale above Yubel by virtue of Bonds Beyond Time where its outright stated that Yugi is stronger than them, as well as 5Ds having a monster that is stated to be just as powerful as the Egyptian Gods that was capable of instantly defeating Yusei if it was summoned. This then would get bumped up to 2-A+ via Dark Side of Dimensions making it Canon that the Human Dimension, one of the dimensions Yubel was going to destroy, is comprised of infinite universes with infinite timelines per universe, as well as the manga confirming that the afterlife in yugioh is a higher dimensional plane where the true form of horahkty and atem reside. There's also some supporting evidence in duel links too.

Some problems with that. First of all, Zushin (the monster that was said to equal the gods) was summoned against Yusei, and he defeated it. Second, Dark Side of Dimensions is canon to the manga, not the anime, which is a separate continuity and thus cannot be used in tandem with Bonds Beyond Time, which is canon only to the anime. As for Duel Links, I don't think there is anything outright linking it to the anime in terms of continuity and instead just little hints that could be explained by parallel universes or stuff like that which GO RUSH confirmed exist. Before you argue that GO RUSH isn't canon to the first 3 anime, it is canon to SEVENS and SEVENS characters appear in Duel Links.
Edit: If you want the manga versions to have pages too, that is fine but it should be a separate page like what is done for Goku and Yusei.
