I mean like can’t he just raise his % at will and one-shot Niffty? Why does he even fight at anything than less 100%.

he can raise them whenever he wants for a power increase but he doesn't use 100% willy nilly since it'll break his bones (usually only putting it into one arm or his fingers) so as soon as the fight begins he'll activate 5% and become 7.6x stronger than Niffty is physically alongside Analytical Prediction meaning he'll just predict her approaching him with a knife, dodge, and hit her back with a 7.6x strength advantage.

not seeing a lot Niffty can do, her regen and immortality could be troublesome but Sinners can still be incap'd for a long period of time and someone with a 7.6x advantage can do that quite easily since any of his punches are gonna shatter her bones and Sinner regen isn't instantaneous. if Deku DOES see her regen from his punch then he'll realize that "this is just like the USJ Nomu" and be even more careful around her.

Uh, so, it’s just a stomp. He one-shots her and Niffty is a melee fighter. As simple as that is.
