Pre-ESB, Luke was able to defend himself against two IG-100.
IG-100 can react to Ahsoka, who can react to Grievous, who can react to Obi-Wan.
Like, during the Rebels era we have a WOG about Ahsoka. It says that only the Emperor and Vader could truly match her blow for blow (which includes old Obi-Wan and Yoda). They even compare Ahsoka's presence to Yoda's during the CW, who were too strong to appear all the time.
And even then, at one point in the fight (against Vader) she had to retreat out of fear and would have lost in the end.
Besides the fact that Vader was light-years ahead of Maul.

Ezra and Kanan... Really aren't stronger than other Jedi. Kanan needed an amp to beat the Grand Inquisitor, so let's just say they're comparable to Cal.
Yeah, Cal got stomped by an ex-Jedi Master once he stopped testing the waters with his new toy. A Jedi Master who has probably spent decades without proper utilization of the Force (as is the tendency with all Jedi not named Luke back in the days of the Empire)

Moff Gideon's fourth-generation Dark Trooper armor seems quite a bit stronger than we give it credit for, considering that it provided enough strength to crush the Darksaber. For reference, the Darksaber's hilt was made of a quality of beskar that Din Djarin had never seen before.

That armor was made out of the best quality Beskar ever, Moff Gideon told them it was extracted from the mines of Mandalore
Same one that made the Darksaber.
We don't have much to take from there because it's slightly better than other beskar, unquantifiably so.

So apparently in current canon, the only potential direct reference to Phase 1 Dark Troopers is from, of all things, a description for a Phase 3 Dark Trooper statue, which claims that the original Dark Troopers were cyborg clone troopers, with over 70% of their body parts replaced by mechanical components.
Phase 2 Dark Troopers seem to have only appeared in the now-defunct Star Wars: Commander mobile game.
Phase 3 Dark Troopers at least have decent screentime and feats from the couple episodes of The Mandalorian they appeared in. If stuff from the Star Wars: Legion miniatures game is usable, then there might be a few extra weapons they could get as optional equipment.

And when the people outta nowhere defy what he said, the guy dies and aside from saving the padawans (who could have been saved with way more efficiency), NOTHING good happened.

What exactly can we take from "The planet's surface was threatened"?

Formula for ground-based planet-surface explosion, but those values are from planet Earth and we don't even know if the entire surface exploded. Most canon info we can find gives no result for us to conclude what's the value and makes matters even worse cuz we have other sources stating Belsus to be a moon, not a planet.
