The calc was wrong so it was removed after a long discussion with CGMs. Simple as that
The feat is still there on profile as justifications but, as there's no accepted calc, it's a nothing burger besides range

Im assuming the tier 8 feat is the blackout? and the Adam downscale is still a possibility if someone were to actually do it, what are the factors we need, cuz I think I'll just try myself at this point

I've seen large town and small city, but I would hope the vaporization gets a better yield than anything tier 8, mebe i should review the steps needed to calc it by looking at the original and get some better numbers

it was explained more in depth here but the depth of the cut Adam made was astronomically wrong and Charlie's supposed speed that she was falling at was...irregular according to cgms

Yeah gonna be honest, being a general of an army of people who literally thought they were invulnerable isn't the best argument for skill feat. The showings alone indicate that they haven't really used any real tactics for their fights and just Homelander their way through enemies

I also wrote his standard tactics and weaknesses. In fact I did... well most of that, before Shion changed the majority of the profile. But my work on his intelligence, ST, and Weakness sections are still there.

Adam is skilled in offense, he is ahh in defense leaving him open to counter attacks
Throw him into melee with a medieval soldier he's probably gonna win. Throw him into melee with anything better than that he's going to struggle hard without relying on his lasers
