She most likely would reach baseline 10-A anyways, it's not that hard ngl. You can do it just by punching faster than 15 mph and have slightly more heavier arms/more weight overall

If this valid reasoning to use(and it should valid IRL), voting Kazuma low diff. Even skilled Athletic woman would face immense difficulty due to height, weight and muscles disadvantage

Can I vote for myself? I read the other girl, I don't think she has anything that can stop me, I would buy it if she has a degree of martial arts but by logical standards, 10-A Male beats 10-A female, if she had a calc then I would have to give any feat of mine but she is featless

Well, her best feat is mostly stamina based (walking and exploring large terrain for long time), so I think she could be downgraded to 10-B or barely graze 10-A's baseline. Anyways, it would be nice to hear some of your feats to change some stats if needed
