1. Because it's his whole power, electricity manip, and he directly caused the blackout off a tantrum, so it's actually a pretty casual feat for him
2. Pentious has his Ray gun scaled to that number, so unless you want to argue that get removed, then it's fair game to scale vox to it
Worst case scenario we can try and figure out how far away Vox would have had to teleport presumably from the top of the V tower in the background, and then just get a good time frame from when he teleported, which could possibly give a speed.

It's not "off a tantrum" it's confirmed by Vivziepop to be his full demon form.

That does not look like demon form AT ALL. There are ZERO visual changes.
The reason why he was able to do that is because wires connected him to everything, not that.

A city wide blackout wouldn't make "visual changes" to him, so I don't see how that would've worked anyways.
Feel like that's more of an assumption that he couldn't have done that without being connected? Though him being connected wouldn't mean he would've been able to do it too.

I mean, Demon Form = visual change. So, if there is none visual change, then no Demon Form is used. You know?
He quite literally connects himself with wires to everything in the beginning though.

Weird that it got discarded yet gets used later in the show, not to mention us seeing Vox being visually angry, and we know demon transformations are triggered by emotions.
Yeah, and Vivziepop confirms that his demon form would appear like a city-wide blackout, so that also wouldn't have had a visual change except us seeing a city-wide blackout.
A: That doesn't mean he couldn't have done it without the wires, especially if it's confirmed to be his full demon form.
B: That also doesn't mean he could've done it even if he did have the wires.

There were many moments where Alastor was pissed and did not transform.
That's fallacious, just because she says it will cause a blackout does not mean his appearance wouldn't change.
Never said he couldn't, I said he does it in this particular scene.
Well I'd prioritize what series show us over this speculation.

When? We also see someone like Charlie transform in scenes when she doesn't even need to transform, like when the the trailer got cut off by Katie Killjoy's news in episode 1.
All Vivziepop literally says is that his demon form would look like a blackout, so why are we assuming more than that? It's not like the blackout is Vox shaped.
I'd also prioritize what Vivziepop says rather than a speculation on whether or not it's his full demon form.
The second example is not something I'm talking as factual, rather it's an example, just because you connect wires to some guy who manipulates technology doesn't mean he'll somehow do a city-wide blackout.

All Morningstars have demonic properties, even her transformation is all demonic properties, even Lucifer has only demonic properties in his transformation, even Vivziepop confirms she has a "full demon form."

And I'm saying Vivziepop said his full demon form is a city-wide blackout and is later shown in the show, not much to elaborate on.

Don't think she died and became a sinner, considering Sinners can't reproduce (though Lucifer does have life/biological manip iirc) but also the fact that an Angel like Lucifer got Demonic properties, which leads me to believe that staying in hell for a long time makes you grow Demonic attributes.

Well now I'm just confused, so you're telling me he doesn't get city level despite being an entire city-wide blackout in his true form, how can you even justify that only being small town level at highest, that just doesn't make any sense, if he's the size of a city, specifically a city-wide blackout, then shouldn't he get some higher scaling off of that?
