General vs Director (Star Wars vs Madness Combat)

Guess i'll begin my Phobos glazing;
Phobos is a bit stronger in AP/Dura and LS, and as far as i remember from episode three has a higher rate of fire with his gun than Grievous. (Also aren't regular bullets a canonical weakness to Lightsabers if i remember correctly?)
Skill i have no idea what's up with this version of grievous, but Phobos can keep up with people who can fight his own personal army who are the deadliest force in Nevada, and are trained off a Generation 01's memories making them have millions of years worth of combat experience (Along with the usual Madness Combat stuff like soloing buildings filled with people who can kill them easily)
Just as an added piece of info, the Nexus Core has invented "Lightsabers" (no, i'm not kidding) already so he'd probably know to avoid someone wielding four of them. He has zero resistance to heat, so those things will cleave through right through Phobos. (Unless durability has anything to do with surviving those things, but i sort of doubt it)

ok Grievous just gotten an LS change like around after this matchup got posted

insane timing, but that means Grievous has an LS advantage now.
Despite that, i suppose what i said didn't change much. Grievous just can grapple better now.

As a Generation 01, his fists and sword can directly ignore armor. I don't know how that works against someone like him since he's a cyborg but it's to be noted.
