Lifting strength/Attack potency needed to rip off/break traffic light?

Basically I'm talking about traffic light like this


Basically how many joules it would require to:
1. Shatter the lightbulbs;
2. Fragment it's base (not including metal poll it's attached to)
3. Crack it's base
4. Break it in halves

And how many kgs to:
1. Rip it off the metal poll
2. Bend/break it in half (not including metal poll)
3. Crush the lightbulb in hand
