Looking at Alexia's profile, it seems she'll win most of the time. The fact that she's more skilled (and seemingly IMMENSELY more skilled) with analytical prediction and range advantage is enough for her to simply corner Hannibal to render his speed advantage useless, and that's quite possible considering they're in a UFC arena. Her profile even suggests that Alexia could predict Hannibal's stats, but I'm not sure. If that's the case, then her style will be completely contrary to what Hannibal has in mind.

Considering Alexia's skill level and the fact that the speed difference isn't that great (or at least not enough to be considered a blitz), she'll surely prevent Hannibal from getting close at all costs, and if he does get near her, she could react instinctively or anticipate his move. Against a faster opponent, she'd only need to corner him so he has no room to react, so yes, I vote for Alexia.

Alexia is indeed a better fighter. I can vote for her, but it would be better to wait for someone to argue for Hannibal. I don't have high hopes, though.

Btw, not sure if it makes a difference, but Alexia was now downgraded a little bit on speed, she was 44 m/s prior now she is 39 m/s

Hannibal can still opt to dodge though 39 m/s vs 51 m/s which is a fairly decent gap that let's him evade fatal attacks

That and the fact he can also outstamina her by a good margin, he doesn't necessarely need to use chlorine from the get go

Can also use his axe to block in case he fails to dodge too

I personally believe from what i have seen by Pyro, this is a definitive win for her and not an outright stomp given Hannibal still has some advantages and wincons

Hannibal and Dexter are more likely to reach Alexia skill wise than Alexia is to Koji, the gap is colossal (no diff)

Dexter has perception speed advantage, still higher IQ, still one shot via M99, a chainsaw which is the dangerous part since i assume chainsaws can damage swords pretty rapidly if Alexia is not careful
