So uh, the thing is you're having them start 5 meters apart and according to SBA, they have direct line of sight of each other.

Even without it, Gold Ship has the senses of a horse which would allow her to detect him since we've never seen him sneak up on an animal with good senses. Dexter can't run away to use stealth because she's faster than him. He also just can't do any meaningful damage to her, again because of AP.
