Rhinos are often superior to lions. With examples of 3 lions barely hurting a trapped and exhausted rhino and retreating.

Fight take place on a savana plains
Both sides are enraged and bloodlusted

It's gonna be hard for the Rhino to go down and since this Rhino is NOT exhausted. It'd rely on stamina, aggressiveness and resilience to push the Lions back. Possibly killing some and significantly injuring most. It's skin is also knowly tough, I'm not sure the Lions can deal great damage in quick attacks fast and efficient enough to wear the Rhino down before it charges them/catches them off guard and uses it's weight and weaponry against them. Okay how are these type of matches valid? I've seen multiple of this, like 4 chimps vs 1 gorilla or whatevet giraffes vs 1 elephant and now this. Uhm what? Would it be valid and fine to make 5 Gokus vs 1 Superman vs thread?

You can't put 5 of the same person against 1 person.
As for your situation, you can probably do 5 saiyans against one person, as long as said saiyans are confirmed to work together or are a team listed on vsbw.

I can see the lions getting injured but 8 are gonna be too much for the rhino to not get hurt over time and likely bleed out. Maybe 3 lions make it out alive?

Great point. 8 can do stuff that 3 can’t like formations or distracting. Let’s see what others think
