Stolas

A while ago, Stolas had a FTL flying speed key.
FTL flight speed
But recently the feat was downgraded via this reasoning:
Though I think I have a different view on this, you see, in the Captain Marvel (Marvel Cinematic Universe) profile, she has this key:
Massively FTL+ flight speed in space (Can fly interstellar distances. Rescued the Benatar, which was a thousand light years away, overnight. Flew to Tarnax IV from Earth in a few minutes)
Since we know Stolas' feat happens in space, while the anti-feat happens in hell I feel like the argument that Stolas still scales to his FTL feat only in space can still work, and that this key should be added:
This should also apply to tiers higher than Stolas.

Hmm, that's kind of weird argument ngl. Like, why it works only in space? It wasn't ever specified. Physics are also kinda in play here and he most likely won't be that much slower on the ground just because of gravity's presence

As I always argued before, there is no speed feat here. We don’t see Stolas flying in that timeframe. It was just a timeskip.
What do you mean exactly? If you're talking about before Stolas sat on the moon and started singing, the feat is accounting for Stolas flying from the moon that neared the star all the way back to the portal, we don't see any time-skip, only Stolas singing throughout the whole song from when he went to the the moon, to when it neared the star, to when he returned to the portal.

Iirc he have teleportation on his profile, so I think he could just teleport from place to place. Also I just think it's just weird overall, that space somehow boosts his speed SO MUCH

Something like light moves slower in a medium than in a vacuum, pretty much same argument for Stolas here, not to mention that in space there's a lack of air resistance (drag) which would actually make anything move faster in a vacuum than in a medium. He's shown to be captured easily in hell despite that feat in space.

Well, let me elaborate more:

The feat is interpreted in the blog like this: since we see Stolas in 2:18 on the Moon and then we see him back at his house near portal at 2:26, he flew from Moon to portal in 8 seconds. Except… he didn’t. His voice sounds the same throughout 2:18-2:26, but if he flew during that time, it would have been silent and becoming louder while he was flying. Secondly, we should have actually seen him flying or getting into the portal, since camera’s POV is a bit behind the portal. Yet he doesn’t come into his house, he is already there.
Thus my interpretation as it stands is that at 2:18 Stolas is at the Moon, then there was a timeskip in which Stolas flew back, then at 2:19 till 2:26 we are shown what happened after Stolas flew back. Otherwise the scene doesn’t make much sense physically.

While yes, he would be faster - but not to such high extent. Light doesn't suddenly become slower than a sound if it's not in vacuum - it slows down from 299 million km/s to 200 million km/s at worst. That gap is not that high

His point is just like with MCU, we can make everyone scaling to it in R/C an outlier while leaving Stolas a Flight Speed specifically.

Although I disagree with it being a speed feat altogether, but if it was a speed feat, that could have worked tbh.

why do you assume it was a timeskip?

I don’t assume.

yes you do assume that

I share TheOrangeGuy09's opinion.
All we see after the scene changes is behind the portal. Stolas is already back home, and Octavia is already lying down... It's not a feat.
and if it were one, the time frame at 0.0000000...1 seconds, it is immediate.

Man, portals are fixed in place, they don't show you a far away distance of the place you are going
