This will be quick
I redid the calc for Collective-man's Ap
Old version - New version

What changed?
  1. Currently, the human level is 60-106 joules, unlike the previous version where the tier was 40-100 joules.
  2. The number of China's population had no source to justify it, and the producer of the original calculation says he took the data from 2017, which is incorrect because the comic came out in 2016.

This CGD (Calc group discussion) is to determine which of the two calculations to use, and if it's mine, which end would be most appropriate.
It doesn't cause any changes to the scaling or anything, so I assume the result can simply be implemented with this CGD.

Edit: This is now a Ctr, what we need to do is decide which end works best.

why is deciding which end to use a calc group decision, it's a verse knowledge thing, no?

Well, our praxis is to let our calc group members decide which of two accepted calculation blogs for the same feat that seems most reliable to use, but knowledgeable members are free to offer input to them. 🙏

They usually decide it in the comments of the calculation itself,
Well, I can leave that part for a Ctr, but the fact of deciding if it is valid that this replaced the previous one should be kept here

no coz the ends are based on what are the mechanics of Collective Man's powers, that's a verse knowledge thing

Okay. That makes sense, if it isn't a mathematical reliability issue. 🙏

I can move this thread to our content revision forum if you wish. 🙏

i have handled it. 🙏

I think the 4th end is fine, the Total Population of 2016 with just the adults. He is mechanically meant to have powers of all of China, and its never refuted otherwise

Thank you for helping out. 🙏

That seems fine to me as well. 🙏

What do you think about this? 🙏
Like KLOL said on the blog, it's probably best to just use the literal number stated in the comic.

If we try to estimate demographics we're just introducing even more uncertainty.
We're already hedging enough by taking the median of the tier I'd imagine.

That seems fine if it was officially stated within the comicbooks, yes. 🙏

Thank you. Should we close this thread then? 🙏

I have done so.

Thank you to everyone who helped out here. 🙏
