What AP is needed to to throw an apple hard enough at someone's head to kill them?

In Death Palette/Matsuro Palette, the painting will throw an apple at your head and kill you if you paint it by her head. What AP/Striking Strength is this, and can lifting strength be determined by it?

Basically to do that you need to throw apples at 173 m/s and higher (considering that lowest end to break a skull is 3000 joules)
