Chara’s knife only does survivable damage to BF, Nene’s knives can one-shot Pico

Nene can easily one-shot Chara and has far better range by throwing knifes. Though with how differently Chare's speed section is formatted compared to Nene's, Chara technically has the faster reaction speed because Their combat speed is unspecified while Nene's combat speed is specified to be the Transonic speed rating.

This means that Nene would be Average Human in combat speed/reactions while Chara has a major advantage with Subsonic+ reactions, though given Nene's very major AP advantage, I think Nene just gets a lucky shot and wins anyways considering Chara's lack of range.
