I think this fight just comes down to skills as her both her AP and hax with the sword one taps Kai. Can she use the Soultaker at a ranged distance?

Well speaking of skills, she is capable of blocking 33 attacks at once with her eyes closed.

No, she must cut her enemies while using the Soul Stealing abilities

Kai has scaling above Reflectra in skills so I think he shouldn't have much of a problem with a Batman lvl of character in skills

Kai massively outranges her and can make much bigger blasts than her own range so he should be able to burn her before she slices him down. Voting Kai

I’m not sure if Kai is more skilled than Batman level character (although I didn’t read comics themselves, I heard a lot, so idk), but given the arguments presented it would still be pretty close and combined with outranging I can see Kai winning regardless.
