I'll vote Tuco based on the fact he can knockout Mike and also has the higher stats in this match.

Wdym by 9-C equipment without prep? Nothing in primal's standard equipment looks like that tier

Anyways, Tuco has a knife and seems to be a lot more used to killing people given that he's really violent and part of a cartel. So Primal is going to have to be pretty careful adding on the fact that he's presumably empty-handed in this fight. Granted, i don't think he'd be completely hopeless at dealing with weapons, given he has plenty of formal training, but Tuco can take quite the beating and can likely manage to out-wrestle him with superior LS in a grappling scenario, and i doubt Primal's going to expect that sort of strength from a middle-aged man.

I think i see Tuco taking this more often than not, he has a lot more room for error and is experienced in his own right.

Primal mentioned that his firearms are accessible only with prep time, I guess he still can use fireworks and knives without prep

Doubt fireworks can be used if your opponent is charging straight at you, but if he does have knives as well then that definitely makes it more even, especially when fencing might translate somewhat well for that too. Still, Tuco's less likely to crack under pressure in a life-or-death situation and he seems to have more reliable Athletic Human combat speed, so i think i'll stick with my vote for now

Primal also has a machete and an axe so there is that too (It's mentioned in AP).
So:
AP: Possibly a draw/tie with weapons, but Tuco physically in unarmed combat
Speed: Primal
Lifting Strength and Striking Strength: Tuco
Durability: Draw/Tie
Stamina: Tuco
Range: Primal (if he has throwing knives or can throw regular knives well in addition to axe and machete, though Tuco could also throw his knife but it may not be as effective)
Intelligence: Primal

I should mention both Primal and Tuco would have pain resistance due to Primal's insensitivity to pain and Tuco's meth addiction, though Tuco would have also enhanced/elevated physical abilities at low doses of meth but extreme negative effects like damage to the muscles and CNS in high and frequent binge doses (which is what Tuco would more likely suffer from).

The effects of methamphetamine are nearly identical to other substituted amphetamine. In low to moderate and therapeutic doses (5-25mg orally), methamphetamine produces typical SNDRA effects and may elevate mood, increase alertness, concentration, and energy, reduce appetite, and promote weight loss. In overdose or during extended binges, it may induce psychosis, breakdown of skeletal muscle, seizures, and bleeding in the brain. Chronic high-dose use can precipitate unpredictable and rapid mood swings, stimulant psychosis (e.g., paranoia, hallucinations, delirium, and delusions), and aggression.

I'd think Primal could take it due to having extra equipment both with and without prep time compared to Tuco.
I vote Primal winning/Tuco losing.

Ngl, this is a really close match imo. Primal have skill advantage and comparable speed, endurance, but Tuco have some op brute force

Gonna vote ThePrimalHunter FRA. Just throw a knives at this drug addict and finish him off with an axe or smth else

If primal does have a machete then he'd have better reach in that case, so i'll switch my vote to him
