To resurrect he needs something to regenerate, it is shown in chapter 34 of Immortal Hulk with Leader's backstory. The limit of the green door is total desintegration or whatever happens when your body falls into a vulcano full of lava, it should give at least mid-high regeneration via Green Door

But the leader did regen from being disintegrated. If Maestro could regen from being blown to powder abeit to several years, why can't a higher power do the same
