Luke effortlessly destroys the dark troopers.
- Insider 216
Darktroopers' feat are "being way more resistant than regular droids" (stated by Moff Gideon on the same episode) and one of them threw hands with Din Djarin, who already had his beskar armor.

Edit: Wookiepedia already had a bit more info and i attest that this is up to date with the source material
Dark troopers were equipped with two rocket boosters, one in each foot. Dark trooper armor was capable of withstanding blaster fire, exposure to a flamethrower, and several strikes from whistling birds, but were still vulnerable to lightsaber strikes, allowing the Jedi Luke Skywalker to destroy an entire platoon with his lightsaber with relative ease. Their unarmored neck also was a weak point, which Din Djarin exploited after staggering the dark trooper with whistling birds. Dark troopers also possessed extreme strength.

If you know anyone who can help, ask them. I want to have a good basis for calculations before looking at the scale.

Spoiler alert
Samuel L. Jackson is unironically part of my reasoning for Yoda stuff.

There goes my child. fighting characters a tier above him

I saw there was calc help needed?
Well, the first step is to do these vsbattle blog calculations and see if they're still good calculations. Like, if they're not outdated.
1 - 2 - 3 - 4
If you're going to help with the calculations, I think you could put everything in one blog post? It would be easier for everything to be evaluated at once.

Disney has been the one deciding things since they bought it, so it's Canon and Legends.
But of course it is clear that each was made under different company supervision, and Disney does not really have the same authority as the guy who made Star Wars on what is or isn't canon. So, Disney and Expanded Universe/Lucasfilm is more apt.

@Phsccarvalho Even though we currently call the two continuities "Canon" and "Legends" is that really the correct way to call them? It wasn't George Lucas who made that separation after all, it was Disney.

So shouldn't we instead call the continuities "Disney Canon" and "Expanded Universe Canon"/"Lucasfilm Canon"?

That's how I call them and personally think is more appropriate. Even from a phonetic perspective, it sounds better.

I'd like to do a survey here. (canon)

What do you personally prefer regarding Vader's Low 7-C and Class G calculations? They were accepted.

1 - We can just apply now and follow what's currently accepted on the profile. Since everyone's 8-A is due to the downscale compared to Vader, we can simply go with that with the calculations (which will end up applying to everyone), and perhaps use Kanan and Erza as an argument to say "there's downscaling because they don't get hit kills."

2 - Wait until all current character calculations are on blogs (instead of the Naruto forum) and evaluated, in addition to perhaps more accepted support calculations. And of course, take a look at which scale and which calculation. This option will probably result in a downgrade for some of the characters, since guys at Grand Inquisitor and Kanan level and below (first season) probably wouldn't scale to Vader. Unless there are more feats at that level to scale.

3 - Basically the same as above, but instead of waiting longer for more support calculations, we would just work with the current calculations and past recalculations from the naruto forum for vsbattle blog formats that are already on the verse page.

The first is basically for those who want to start matches with Sidious or Vader Low 7-C/Class G (and other characters). However, lower-level characters may no longer scale for this in the future, and the matches would be removed.

The other two are for further organizing the verse, but it could probably take a long time depending on luck. It could take weeks or months, as it depends on the evaluations of the calculation staff.

The 3rd option. Further calculations, support, main, or otherwise, can be added along the line, and Canon needs its upgrades applied too.

In this case, there would only be four calculations to be recalculated and evaluated.

Since they're still in Naruto forum format, it's something we did in the early days of the wiki. Star Wars is old hat here.

I think unfortunately it's the best option. Takes up longer but gets the verse to the most up to date state
we can circle around other things, so that when we get the calcs accepted we put them together on larger and packed CRTs.
