I actually saw a very good theory which, taking the scenes from trailer as evidence, argues that after realizing Sinners can be redeemed and regretting that many souls were slaughtered, Sera and Council decided to end Exterminations, with their combined blast destroying Exorcists’ tower signifying the end, but Vox uses it to argue that it is a warning of the coming war. That’s why Sera and others come through portal with gifts to make peace, but they are shocked by the amount of Sinners who came to “welcome” them (basically attack or smth like that cuz Vox propaganda).
It is of course just a theory, but I think it makes a lot of sense.

That's a pretty solid theory actually, it would make sense and is coherent with what the other clips showcased in the trailer

alright then. After months of limbo, the Downgrade thread for the God-tiers (and charlie) has gotten two staff votes and the downgrades complete with the calc have been removed in it's entirety due to the whole thing being wack.
As of today, the God-tiers and Charlie are now At least 7-C (though, an argument could be made for Lucifer being town level+ due to how close it is and how lucifer was unserious by i digress) and the god-tiers are now also Subsonic, likely Supersonic.
This verse needs good speed calcs

High 8-C feat is not really a feat, they nearly died to it.
8-C is an outlier given many 9-B feats, and the fact that this feat is so weird and everyone and their cousin has a version of this calc covering every tier from 9 to 6.
Aaand we have no other feats.

Okay so they're 8-C+. Simple enough. I don't see how having 9-B feats suddenly disqualifies that feat. most of the time they are harmed by guns (which are always inconsistent in fiction at this level) or harmed by demons who are comparable to them anyways.

They are mostly harmed by said 9-B calcs, and one Sinner died to 9-B as well. Plus I remember someone off-site pointed out that the Moon and Sun in the calc are much smaller than in real life when compared to Stolas.
It's a matter of consistency.

Isn't that via pixelscaling? I'm like 99.9% sure it's not going to accurately represent their true sizes, although it's better to use that than just assume they're the size of our solar system bodies.

Theres one 9-B feat listed for the entire verse.
Was that Sinner secretly IMP stacked on top of eachother? don't think that matters and isn't relevant to the IMP. Just to remind you this is the same show that is at this very moment tackling the whole "place in the hierarchy doesn't equate to your power" with the Overlords, specifically with the Vees, and Helluva Boss tackles that same thing with Blitzo wanting to be more than just being walked over by sinners.
Sinners being above hellborne is a social hierarchy, not a physical hierarchy. The only time it's actually consistently been a physical hierarchy is the seven deadly sins, and even THATS inconsistent.
Anyways, 8-C+ Imps are fine. If they had feats that put them above the Hazbin Cast that's when i'd raise an eyebrow since they're definitely superior to IMP. But they don't so...

Kind of the point of why it's an upgrade, as I don't really agree with how this verse is treated anyways.
Doesn't really mean you should just ignore a proposal that is fine just because you disagree with the rest, not hard to just say that you agree with it and move on with the rest of the arguments.
Calculations are generally faulty, which is annoying when you can't assume they just upscale from the other feats.
A weakened Stolas could harm Andrealphus, him regenerating wouldn't matter anyways cause this is a matter of physicals, not abilities.
Deadly sins were never portrayed to be weaker, how is that inconsistent? Also I'm pretty Vivziepop disagrees on the point it's not related to power, though you could argue not everyone in the hierarchy is at the same power level. Goetias can be weaker than Overlords, Imps can outclass sinners in combat to defeat them, etc, etc.

I never said they're weaker. i just said it's fairly inconsistent on how much stronger they are considering they're a bunch of featless bums who sort of just exist. Stream statement from before the show came out is very obviously better than what's shown in the show itself!
