You know what, I disagree with this CRT.
Dragon Ball anime's characters and Dragon Ball manga characters share the same ki manipulation.
Why should the remnant be separated? It would be fair for the remnant page be the same for books and games like how ki manipulation is treated in dragon ball.

they act nowhere close to the same, don’t even share any similarities on uses besides immortality, and the characters from each continuity are completely different from one another. William Afton doesn’t even go through the same events between ANY of the continuities, but yeah let’s give them all the same abilities because that obviously makes any sense.
Any reason to compile them is just to pad abilities to make the games characters stronger. Power scaling brainrot instead of trying to be accurate.

I’m not a dragon ball supporter and don’t know anything about the series so it’s a bit irrelevant to me. If it’s like that it’s like that ig idrc what the dragon ball peeps are doing. This is about the scary bear though.

Was looking around, and how does this statement from Scott (specifically the last paragraph) affect this CRT? Like would establishing on remnant/agony and its capabilities count as “filling in the blanks of the past”. He also confirms he’s talking about Fazbear Frights in a reply to a comment, you don’t have to scroll down that much to see it.

Filling in blanks of the past is referring to the story events more than Remnant and its capabilities. This probably doesn’t change anything that I proposed.

The abilities they have are just gonna be on listed on their profile instead of the remnant page, since most are unique to them. A fnaf supporter just needs to figure that out for me since i don't know what abilities games puppet has shown uniquely to them.

Now that I think about it, it would be much better if this CRT also tackled what characters would have abilities that are getting axed from the remnant profile so that we won’t have to make another CRT that would also take 87 years to finish after this one which has already been going on for a long time.

Actually after looking at the sandbox it seems like the only abilities from games the games that are getting axed that aren’t already on the specific character’s profiles are from TOYSHK, so if the OP is just rq changed to give TOYSHK pain manip and power null via the justifications that apply to it that are already on the remnant page that would be great.

Really quickly, could you explain your argument? Scott has always considered the games and the books to be simultaneously equally canon and separated by continuity. Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location and Five Nights at Freddy's: Fazbear Frights 1: Into the Pit do not have to take place within the same continuity to share an overarching worldview which defines their lore and the mechanics of its universal systems. The games and the books are both canon. They share a canon; therefore, unless proven otherwise on a case-by-case basis (e.g. Secret of the Mimic), they most likely share the concepts of Remnant, even if the former medium seldom explores its mechanics.

You're the 3rd or 4th person to bring that up. He says the other continuities are vaguely canon to each other to fill in story and lore beats that aren't shown in the games/the other continuities.
Not only do games like Sister Location and Into the Pit not share the same continuities, they don't share the same lore OR universal systems. The characters in each continuity go through completely different events and remnant acts completely different in the fazbear frights novels than the games. Events may carry between continuities but they occur differently.
They genuinely share zero relations besides story events that may have happened between continuities, even things as simple as the horror attraction fire happen differently between continuities. You can't composite those aspects with remnant together with these things in mind. It's even more apparent when remnant is the only thing composited! Why aren't all the characters composited with all their continuities if this is the case? We all know why and it's because the character are not similar in the slightest to justify that.

Yes, as explained above. Yes, Henry Emily from the original novel trilogy, "Cassette Man" from Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator, and Henry Emily from Five Nights at Freddy's 2 (2025) exist within separate continuities and, thus, have experienced different events. However, throughout said continuities, the three versions of Henry Emily share a common lore: co-founder (alongside Afton) of Fazbear Entertainment, father of the spirit inhabiting the Puppet (Charlotte Emily), primary inventor of the Fazbear Animatronics, etc. Throughout said continuities, the ghosts of dead children are capable of inhabiting and possessing metal, and powerful spirits (e.g., Charlotte, Golden Freddy, Elizabeth, etc.) are born of strong emotion and self-awareness, and Animatronics are given life through artificial intelligence. The timelines are unique, but the lore forms the foundation for every continuity.
Does Remnant "act completely different" in the Fazbear Frights novels, or has the Fazbear Frights novels simply revealed information about Remnant (and Agony) which has yet to be properly introduced and/or expanded upon in the games? Are you thinking: "The concept of Remnant in the games and the concept of Remnant in the Fazbear Frights series are fundamentally contradictory"? Or are you thinking: "The concept of Remnant in the games is nowhere near as detailed or defined as in the Fazbear Frights series"? Because the latter is not a valid argument against the two mediums sharing a canon, which has been stated by the original creator of both mediums on numerous occasions.

It was not in response to remnant specifically, that was not part of my justification attempts. Scott also did say that some Frights stories would be “Directly connected to the games, some not” in this steam post (ofc not saying which).
