Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Infinity Castle - Part 1: Akaza returns has been released in theaters!​


With the blessing of @ShadowWhoWalks and the movie coming out on September 12th (at least in my country), I have made a Kimetsu no Yaiba discussion thread. Probably the last one since after the movies are finished, Demon Slayer will be completed.

I have information that "only" 17 chapters were animated in this film, with 155 minutes of film,
and we still have 48 chapters to divide between two films, I wonder how this will happen, each film should have an average of 3 hours lol

I really hope it doesn't end with these movies, but I'm confident about Ufotable.

There are apparently 3, they have been making this movie since 2022.

This will probably happen, there is no way they will release one next year in May.

I can see that we'll still need one more season for the final arc.
 
So what are we looking at here, tier 5 maybe? Maybe Kokushibou creates a blood moon in the fortress and it starts pulling the Hashira towards it due to gravity? Nakime upscale?

Every infinity castle scene is a Nakime upscale. Though if you're asking about the movie, there are actually some scenes that might be in the teir 6 ranges, just eyeballing it.
 
Imagine High 1-A Muzan fighting an 8-A character who has High Regen Neg. That character carefully cuts off Muzan's 8-B head and 8-B body from his High 1-A neck and leaves them like that.

I'd like to see that matchup

muzan is definitely regenning from just a neck
