As far as I understand, Sukuna is going to underestimate Superman or has the tendency to go physical despite having an incredible distance advantage, so I think it's his first move, just like Superman, who by the way has no problem with mobility due to his flight.

Sukuna regularly starts with dismantles. If Clark tanks those without much damage then he'll know to use other avenues to beat him, like Cleave, or if that doesn't work, Domain Expansion

Clark has the stamina to withstand the Dismantles, so unless Sukuna immediately resorts to his Domain Expansion, Clark could close the distance with his flight and overpower him with LS.

Dismantles have curse/mind manipulation attached which he doesn't resist, and if he gets in close then Sukuna can use Cleave, which adapts to the opponent to deal more serious damage
