Kai should outskill. If he touches her then it's over. I don't think Power Modification will help much because I don't think it would be assumed to copy tier.
Although looking from Quincy Physiology page, some hax looks pretty scary. I doubt she uses it in the actual battle though. Thus so far voting Kai.

How does Kai counters Corrosive Poison?

Although looking from Quincy Physiology page, some hax looks pretty scary. I doubt she uses it in the actual battle though. Thus so far voting Kai.

The Glutton is listed as notable attacks tho

The Glutton (食いしん坊ザ・グラタン Za Guratan): Liltotto's Schrift which allows her to extend her jaw to be able to bite and consume her targets. While seeming very simple, the ability is pretty powerful and allows Liltotto to even absorb the Reiryoku, abilities and powers of her consumed targets. Along with the power absorption, she gains instinctive knowledge on how to use the powers from subjects she has consumed

Its an ability she use in combat from the consummed souls she has gotten it seems. She also has AP/LS based attacks but they wouldd be ineffective due to AP gap

I went throught Quincies page again and saw this

Fire Manipulation (High-ranked Quincy's are able to create "blue fire" which are composed of dense Reishi particles that can burn the sand and stone of Hueco Mundo despite the fact both are highly-resistant towards fire. This is further shown here

So why can't she inflict Soul Damage directly to Kai since the blue fire is capable of burning Souls, and outmaneuvre Kai via flight? She can also throw the paralysis trick with the same tactic

Kai has experience in a 10 v 1 situation where his opponent is shooting him from all direction at once. This shouldn't be a problem
