(GRACE) 13 yo Martial Artist fights a Depressed Boxer (Baki Hanma vs Riku Azami)

As all of the 9-C martial artists at some point do, this guy's fighting 13 yo Baki.
  • The battle takes place in a standard UFC octagon
  • They both have prior knowledge of the martial arts their opponent uses. No prep time.
  • Speed is equalized.
  • Baki appearently scales to baseline 9-C+, so 7650 Joules.
  • Riku scales to 4583 Joules.
  • SBA for the other stuff.

13 yo martial artist:
Depressed boxer: Dinozxd, KupTheKup, Vzearr, XxZetsuxX, Stillwinston, Pyro9278, Ebihara

I think both fighters have their own advantages;

  • Baki has an 1.6x AP advantage. Not a lot, but it'd give Baki a slight edge if they start trading punches, which is something Riku likes to do.
  • Can use stat amps to increase his durability.
  • Baki's a grappler and has the LS advantage, which is a massive advantage to have aganist a pure boxer.

  • Going off of the profiles, Riku's infinitely more skilled than Baki in striking.
  • Riku's Instinctive Action and ability to sense danger would make it easier for him to avoid takedowns or grappling attempts from Baki.
  • Has superior Analytical Prediction, and can also land hits on people with Analytical Prediction.
  • Baki really has no stamina feats in his profile, so Riku should have an immense stamina advantage here. Would appreciate it if I could see some stamina feats from Baki cuz I kinda feel like it's unfair to compare them when there's nothing to compare.

Cuz he literally does no lifting training in the entire series, not even push-ups. Though I admit I could've given him a baseline Athletic Human rating because he's a boxer. I can fix that soon, if it doesn't require CRTs and shi.

It does require btw

From what i am seeing, Riku seems to have a massive skill advantage, Baku in his BOS state gets skill stomped here imo

most of his abilities in his first key are invalid due to them being post gaia too, like his instinctive action, resistence to telepathy and stuff

Hmm. There's also a 2x multiplier stated in the series so I might include that in a CRT as well.

The thing is though, Riku's left fist is basically a glass canon. His "Sublime Left" is pretty much 2x above his normal attacks, but his limit on using it in one fight is 4 times. The fourth punch basically broke his fist and sent him to a temporary retirement at the end of the series.

That's why I asked for 13 yo Baki's stamina feats. If Baki can endure 4 attacks that are slightly above his durability (the AP gap can be closed via his stat amps though) and outlasts Riku, he might have a chance to win. Though I have to add, the more Riku gets fatigued, the more flexible and acrobatic he becomes. He basically becomes a counter demon.

Baki has endorphin which increases dura and pain resistence, so i think he can tank it pretty well

Baki has also fought and tanked attacks from people stronger than him such as yasha ape

I'd say Riku has similar feats too. His entire stamina section is filled with feats like that. I'd say Riku takes stamina as well if this is Baki's best feat.

I'm goin for an offical vote rn. Riku massively outskills and outlasts Baki. Baki's only wincon is getting this fight to the ground, but Riku's anpr and instinctive action would make it really easy for Riku to dodge takedown attempts. He can just keep his distance with him via his range advantage and slowly chip him down and eventually get the KO. I'm voting Riku.

Riku has better abilities by a long shot. Incon regarding skill. Leaning to Riku.
 
Baki might get wiped here, plus from what I'm seeing, RIku could legit just outgrow baki the equal speed thing.

Though a 17 year old Baki and 17 year old RIku would be a worse reverse result.

Anyway. RIku outskills, surpasses and overcomes Baki in pretty much everything.

Riku would just get AP stomped so it wouldn't really be a fight. That's why I picked the key that was closest to Riku's AP lol.

Thanks for the vote. It's 2-0 in Riku's favor rn with two more people leaning towards Riku.
 
Grace period finished a long time ago. Gonna add the match to the profiles when I have the time.
