I wish to be able to fix anything with a touch may it be mechanics, wounds, relationships, mental illness, etc..

And with that said/on that note, I wish everyone became/becomes millionaires or even billionaires or trillionaires in terms of every currency in the world (literally possessing billions or trillions of each and every currency in the world) without crashing the global market and global economy and prices of goods and services and whatnot and causing global stagflation.
That way everyone has equal resources to use and poverty is eradicated because everyone is rich. (And our bills and taxes do not change because the governments do not have to redistribute money anymore.)
