This will cover some stuff I found in the novels and retreat some stuff discussed in this thread since that one's pretty dead and without consensus
1978 Novelization
The stuff from here should boost Thorn, Green, and H20 Michael since the original 1978 is canon to all three.
It's implied he could snap a woman's neck (Class 1)
And he did, in fact, do that to a guard (Class 1)
This would mainly affect the Green and H20 version since Green's first key is at peak human and H20 is also peak human. Also, it's worth noting H20 has a neck snap feat in the comics.
He should probably scale above this crowd of people who were able to rip Enda apart including his jaw, leaving nothing but his heart (Class 5)
Thorn Myers does have a statement of ripping out a dude's arm so he should definitely have this
Within months, Michael at age 6-7 had gained all but complete control of Smith's Grove Sanitarium. It's noted he's much younger than anyone there, and so it was thought that he was the one at heavy risk. (Social Influencing)
Terrified the hardest patient with a glare. (Fear Manipulation)
Loomis was only unnerved by the same move so maybe he gets a minor Resistance
A statement he can shatter doors like rice-paper. (Wall level)
This would bump up the 9-B value Green Myers currently scales to and his 1978 key as well
It's stated Michael was dying from his injuries and called a corpse by the narrator. But he comes back to life so he gets (Resurrection and Type 4 Immo)
Worth noting that Corey is stated to come back to life and similarly called lifeless, so Green Myers should definitely have this
It's stated he can disappear in the blink of an eye.
He causes a girl to loses consciousness somehow and messed with the facility's power somehow (Death Manipulation?)
It's implied he gave this guy rashes (Biology Manipulation)
2018 Novelization
He deformed a metal door in his grip
He "all but" ripped a man's jaw out (Class 10)
He tanked an explosion (The ending is slightly different in the novel)

Green Myers likely made this illusion to lure Karen (Illusion Creation)
As discussed in this thread, Halloween Ends needs to be a separate key - with Myers scaling primarily from this feat of Corey falling 3 stories, and getting limited Power Nullification for depowering Corey

Thorn, H20, and Green all should have no less than Class 1 LS for any of their keys, have social and fear manipuation, resurrection, and type 4 immo, and likely biology, technology, and whateverhedidtothatgirl manipulation, though they could have Class 5 from the Enda thing.
Green Myers gets Class 10 LS for his 2018 key, limited power nullification, a weakened key, and probably has illusion creation
Maybe give Kid Myers a separate key entirely since lil bro is a menace
