•Takes place in London (ew)
•Distance is 20 Meters
•Speed equal

Seras:
Scales to 105.931 Kilojoules
Scales to ??? Kilograms

Nobara:
Scales to 75.7 Kilojoules

If google conversion is right then 25.2 tons of Tnt is 105,440,000 Kilojoules.

Seras should be relatively safe from Resonance. It's not that acquiring blood or hair is impossible but that doing that then putting it on the doll might be a bit difficult. Plus I don't recall seeing her use it mid combat. She used it on a fleeing targets. She used herself at the effigy and she even used your opponent as an effigy for the real target some place else. But I don't think we've seen her whip out a doll in the middle of a fight. Plus because both are objects of low importance and the Seras and Nobara's power level are near identical, their power of resonance would be reduced.

However, it's only a matter of time before Hairpin lands. Plus she doesn't just have to scatter it on the ground. In a hand to hand scrap she can shove it into the target then detonate. And I'd put more money on Kugisaki's hand to hand over Incomplete Seras.

That battle with the two brothers provide grounds for both of this. Because her resonance connection was only blood, she could only inflict pain and the brothers were ready to just tough through the pain. It was Itadori who threw a wrench into the plan since he could still move.

And her coup de gras on the younger brother was hammering a nail into him then detonating it when he thought her back was turned.

Now maybe if Seras gives into her bloodlust and goes berserk (how is there no berserk in her abilities section?) her hand to hand might be better than Kugisaki. But not sure if the difference is big enough that she can't land at least one nail. Even if she can't, she still has the option to throw them like grenades.

idk tbh, the feats I remember rn is them tearing apart humans but that at best is 9-C (with the exception being Spine removal which I haven't seen them do)

well there is a air ship explosion that the fodder vampires survived which idrk how to calc.
