Assuming Noir is 9-A Goku is about 12 times stronger, has way more abilities, but Noir is a bit over 3 times faster and has higher LS. The speed gap isn’t wide enough for Goku to never land a hit, but the AP/Dura gap is large enough for me to safely say that Goku can one shot, especially if he lands a Kamehameha.

Damn 12 times AP advantage?

Noir is cooked if Goku even touches him. Especially considering someone with almost the same AP as him almost mauled him to death in an extremely short timespan. Goku is likely a far better combatant too Noir is just a bully/psycho.

Noir has no way to damage Goku anyway despite the speed advantage, so voting the latter if this isn't a stomp.

LS & Speed Advantage. Granted not by much, but if he gets his hands on Goku, he can tear him apart. Also, Heat Vision and Sound Manip is going to throw Goku off. Not a gurantee win mind you, but Noir is far from helpless in this situation.

ok the LS adv is actually huge, but can you tear apart someone with 12 times ur AP and durability? I thought he would at most be able to restrain Goku if anything.

Black Noir seems to never capitalize on LS in combat tho so I don't think it changes the outcome.

Should make it clear to anyonre reading that when I said a minor difference I was only talking about Speed (Supersonic Vs Subsonic). The gap is far wider in LS in favor for Noir

LS-wise I'm not so sure it helps Noir that much, sure he could maybe pin Goku down but getting in so close is insanely dangerous because it'd take just one blow from Goku to kill him. And Noir also can't really afford to fight at a range because Goku has the Kamehameha and Power Pole.

How does Noir remotely win this... LS doesn't give you the ability to rip apart a stronger opponent.. it just means you can restrain them.

The OP sucks. Zero conditions so it's all just SBA. I don't know why everyone automatically assumed this is Goku and Noir at their weakest tiers when SBA takes the exact opposite as the default assumption. Now, what even is Black Noir's wincon? He's faster and has higher LS, then what? Goku is so hilariously more skilled it's not even funny and can oneshot him both in melee and at range. Noir doesn't even try to dodge stuff thrown at him.
