Cell is in character, and he is one cocky bastard. Hell, he stood still and let Krillin wail on him, so its very possible Gyyoko can do the same. Also, he is not alone. All upper moon are with him.

Has that ever destroyed a dimension? Also, Speed is equalized and Kamehameha takes a long time to do. Nakime would just teleport Cell or Muzan away. Furthermore, Cell doesn't usually star by nuking the Solar System. He can but his first move is usually taunt and shit talk.

Don't see any such limits on it. Battle Spirit will work on Cell at first. He will adapt, but unless Muzan is a complete idiot - which he isn't literally has Genius Intelligence - he is going to take advantage of that can try to kill Cell.

Yeah, like, it only show working on character weaker than him, it didn't work against Yoriichi, many characters with battle spirit couldn't scare stronger one, like Rengoku battle spirit didn't work against Akaza iirc

Battle Spirit is not accepted like this on the wiki. Resisting battle spirit in the series doesnt even work like this either. Its only resistance potency.
