In my headcanon I think the Sith use both artificial and bled crystals depending on the situation. Like if the Sith apprentice was a former Jedi then to prove themselves as Sith they would kill the Jedi they were closest to and gain their crystal to bled. But if the Sith apprentice was Sith from the start (like Maul for example), then they would use/make an artificial crystal instead.

The good thing about Thrawn: Alliances is that I think it's one of the few pieces of media that goes into detail about how precognition works. Like, the scope of it without being vague.

Correct, although based on this video it's more likely that lightsabers produce heat not from the blade itself but via friction with the material that they are cutting

Nope, we know for a fact that it is canon, Corvus' effects on Mustafar were reversed at the end of said game, and we see that in The Rise of Skywalker.
