- Starting Distance – 50 meters apart in a neutral, open environment (urban ruins/canyon).
- Mindset – In-character but serious, fighting to win (no bloodlust).
- Win Condition – Victory via KO, incapacitation, or surrender. No ring-out.
- No Prep Time – Only standard knowledge. No pre-planned strategies or intel.
- No External Support – No allies, no summons, no tech assist.
- Equipment Restrictions –
- Endeavor: Only standard hero gear (no Nomu tech, no Hawks assist).
- Storm: No mutant amps, godhead boosts, or global-scale storms.
- Environment – Terrain is destructible. Weather is neutral unless Storm modifies it.
- Bans:
- Storm: No planetary storms or mutant-level telepathic resistance feat
