Technically not wrong, it's like twenty pixels. It barely looks like anything.

On closer inspection based on what’s visible, the red stroke appears far shorter than the city's tallest silhouettes on the right side of the frame. It is only slightly taller than the surrounding foreground rooflines. It seems to be just a few pixels high compared to the full height of the skyline.
It also kinda narrow, so it doesn't resemble a broad office slab. Instead it looks more like a small tower core or a rooftop penthouse protruding above a lower roof. It's surrounded by ordinary street and low roof lighting and it lacks the spires or antenna beacons typically found on very tall structures.
Given that, the most plausible assumption is that it’s a mid rise building (perhaps in the 5 to 10 storey range, such as a small apartment block or office building with a lift or stair core that extends slightly above the main roofline).

Im a bit of a basic ***** however I dont really like Yoru whereas Asa has grown alot on me

now that I think about it, what if we use the large size formula and calc typhoon's AP based on it? Man I bet the KE from him spinning all that flesh mass would be crazy too.

Large size might yield way less result than the spinning tbh. And yeah I think this is necessary since we can't possibly put Typhoon on the same scale as Bat.
The spinning can yield town level result (I did the rough calc). This means large town Reze is fr legit fr guys.
