Self-heal + AP Advantage is a very good combo. Kinda hard to wear an opponent down when your AP is inferior and they can heal themselves. Also worth noting that Luna can fight Human Torch and other fire-users just fine, even without getting into the whole fire resistance thing

also like idk if i’m allowed to bring this up or if it’s derailing but jean grey recently got added and theres an interaction between the phoenix n human torch where the phoenix says its flames burn brighter than johnny’s and also reduced worlds to ashes before, so that lowkey sounds way hotter idk

the entire rivals cast fight each other too so like i guess she won’t have a problem with fire?? that’s not on any MR profile right now tho so i ain’t saying anything else

Why were people still commenting on this thread? I come back over a month later to see what should've been a dead thread on going.

It was already decided to be dropped. I gave courtesy when I realized the Marvel Rival profiles were outdated and dropped this thread. It's crazy how I don't get the same courtesy back. It's extremely disrespectful for me. This thread already had reached 7 votes and grace past.

However, I ignored this thread since I knew it wasn't accurate and wasn't going to add it to the profile. Now I see that no one cares about giving the same respect back.

I've swapped Burnin out of the fight for something more fair. Votes are now reset.

Ok, I’m sorry about continuing the debate, I just assumed that things were still ongoing and that you simply forgot to check up on the thread, so sorry for the confusion. Anyway, this matchup seems much less likely to be a stomp, so we should be good now.

As for who I think will win, I’m still going to give this one to Luna. While Mirko does hold the AP to Dura advantage (<8.75x vs 6.85x), Luna is able to fire multiple ice daggers at once, and given how Mirko is a close-range fighter, Luna can probably take her down before she gets too close. [Mirko needs to move her entire body 4.5 m, while Luna only needs to move her arm like 0.5 m] Or, Luna can also use Absolute Zero to freeze Mirko, allowing Luna to easily two-tap her.

Also I find funny as hell how Rusty isn't equalizing speeds despite Miruko having an AP advantage over Luna, despite making it unequal before just because Luna was much stronger than Burnin, now Miruko has an unfair advantage that reeks of cope
