but considering there is 3 universes, sepertely calculating it might be prefferable, since the shockwave needed to do so would likely need to travel a greater distance, id say that the value can get up to 9 times higher in the lower end (with optimal packed ball shape distribution representing universes)
quick math, the optimal distribution would be something like this
assuming the character performing the feat is at the center of one of the balls (universe), the shockwave would need to travel (around) 3 times the universe radius to reach;
angle is close to 155 degrees (if character is at A, and the center of the upper circle is B, C would be at the top of the circle, angle ABC is like 155)
we get a distance of
2.93687 units (with 1 = universe radius)
energy needed should be around (r2/t1)^2 times bigger
(2.93687/1)^2 = 8.6252053969 x
taking mid end
8.6252053969 *
4.8524943e+63 = 4.185376e+64 joules, Multi solar system, same tier but if you wanted a precise value here i guess
