That's not the point? The point that this is Scott's only ever description of the character that we know directly comes from him.
He's a shadow, an agony creature. Agony creatures can kill. He can kill. It's that simple.

Very stupid when the two agony creatures act nothing a like. Their only similarities are in appearance. Shadow Freddy has no reason to scale to Shadow Bonnie.

The Mimic does not mimic paranormal abilities. it mimics personalities and the sizes of suits. It summoning shadow bonnies is confusingly at it's own accord. (Mostly confusing because shadow bonnie is completely unrelated to afton)
We love scott for that.
eeeehhhhh i wouldn't say torment. i'd say he just takes the opportunity to do that on his way to kill the person, by typically will go straight for the kill otherwise.
