Denji's Hybrid Form is useless considering it relies on Devil Powers (which includes general fear strength, considering how Asa/Yoru in Aging's World could only bloody Denji's nose after several punches, and was slow enough for Yoshida to alley-oop her into a handshake), which are nullified in Aging's World.

Also nothing can die in Aging's World, and Denji's Throat-GOAT BFR would only help Aging, so the only Win Condition is incapacitation.

Forgot this as well, fixed it.

Anyway uh, this is technically a boxing match against a giant tree that has existed since near the beginning of humanity, vs a strong dude with training. In my mind, it's closer than I initially thought because despite Denji's training, incapacitating someone a couple times taller and maybe stronger with huge limbs would still be a struggle.

Going with Denji as well, despite the disparity in size and likely a slight disparity in strength due to how long the Aging Devil’s body has existed. We've seen Denji in a form that's close to his base (though not exactly), showing crazy agility and combat skills against devils significantly larger than him. For example, against the Leech Devil who was so large that Denji was roughly the size of her tongue or about three-fourths the size of her head, and who had multiple limbs causing crazy destructive force and Denji was still able to hold his own. And he did so while having only one arm, a small chainsaw sticking out of his head, and being incredibly anemic.

This was also Denji before his training with Kishibe. I’d imagine that months of intense training made him not only physically stronger but many times more skilled and that growth is clearly reflected in Part 2.

However, the Aging Devil shouldn't be underestimated. We haven’t actually seen him fight, but he’s a devil who as I mentioned earlier, has existed since nearly the beginning of humanity. He’s had a lifetime to observe humans and is probably deeply familiar with the human body and its capabilities, judging by his obsession with pushing human limits. He also appears to be as tall, if not taller than Pochita, who stands at 8.5 ft. His body has been cultivating its own empowerment, similar to how Pochita's did. So when Pochita merged with Denji, Denji’s physical form and strength improved even without directly tapping into his devil powers. The same should apply to the Aging Devil.

So yes, he is strong, possibly even stronger than Denji physically. But the Aging Devil is complacent. He’s been building up his power for millions of years, and that kind of comfort leads to stagnation. Someone like Denji, who’s constantly fighting, adapting and improving would absolutely outmatch him in actual combat. At best Agings going out cold.

Neither of them can die, and Aging's so old/experienced it finds agonising pain refreshing at best and boring at worst. Denji's not doing anything that can knock it unconscious.

Being tolerant of pain doesn’t mean you can’t be knocked unconscious. If Denji targets the right spots like temples, jaw hinge, base of the skull and knees, he could cripple or incapacitate Aging with relative ease, especially considering he’s by far the more skilled fighter. The Aging Devil might not care, but he’d still get his ass handed to him.

What is this fanfiction

Denji FRA
 
Denji rips out a 1000 meters of intestine from tree humans, then he incapacitates aging by chopping it's limbs off, then he starts tying it with intestine ropes until it's entire biomass has been fully knotted. Denji then gives it a big knot and keeps stretching it as the wrapping gets smaller and smaller, until it pops out of existance and all that's left in his hand is a small piece of gorey string.
