If "Math looks fine" and there's no problem with the BH way of Creation, then it's fine.

They think only Math can be use but calc use old Black Hole calcs

There hasn't been any admin comment on it, and we're still trying to get a calc for Gravattacks' feat

For now add it as higher (for Gravattack) and when calc get accepted you can add it without needing to make CRT since it been accepted.
